Richard recorded a custom album in 1977 in which the other members of Agape collaborated as the "Rapid Richard Group." Entitled,  "Did I see what I thought I saw?"  it was labeled "an album of parables." Released on Homespun Records this progressive rock album was produced, engineered and lead by Richard and dedicated as a labor of love to former Agape keyboard player, Jim Hess who passed away in 1975.
