In the early 1970's, Sunrise played alongside hard rock Christian groups like  Agape and The Cross Roads band. Though Sunrise never released an album they did go into the studio to lay down a "live" set. It was placed on an 8-track cassette and sold at concerts in 1973.

In 1977 the band changed its name to St. James and recorded four, studio engineered songs. Hidden Vision will release the four studio tracks along with live material recorded between 1972 and 1974. Band members include:
